For different dimension of fins, we use specific equipment to make. Some factories use an equipment to make different dimension of fins. They cant keep the products dimension exactly. Our factory can make sure every fins dimension is exact ,which improve the products quality substantially . Many types of equipment are controlled by computers which ensure the quality of products . We will test the first product  strictly .If it is eligible , equipments continue to work, or we will check the equipments untill they meet our requirement.

Before we pack products, we also test them. And we have many types of test equipment.A good product should pass water test, helium mass spectrometer test, shake test corrosion test, cleanliness test, 100% pressure test and burst test,etc. Those equipments keep the quality of products.

In shuangkai factory,  engaged in skilled categories of workers must undergo training before induction. . Technicists will teach them how to read drawing and control the equipment.
